Our general attitude to business is a simple one, we want our customers to be happy with the service they receive from us, and happy with our products. So if you are not happy with any aspect of your shopping experience with us, please just tell us and we'll do what ever we can to rectify the problem. With that said, to date, we have not had any unhappy customers, and we plan to keep it that way. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected by anything we write here. Sweet.

The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances EVER under which your information might be passed to a third party. (Even if they ask really nicely).
We will supply you with the goods described in our lovely website within 3 to 7 working days from the date in which the order was placed (Quite often it's 2–3 days). If your order is urgent please contact us on +44 (0)20 7987 5507 to discuss your requirements. We will try to match the exact section of print on display in our product photography, we will do our best to get as close as possible but can not always be exact, the reason for this is that our prints are approximately 60inches square and cut randomly, we cannot guarantee that the section on display will be available to us. You can always contact us to discuss your order rather than purchasing through our website if you are after something very specific, or just add a note in the notes section on the checkout page. If you are not happy with the product you receive you are free to send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll either exchange the product for an alternative or give you full refund, which ever you would prefer.
We will only contact you in connection with your order and will always keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the products ordered, We will not email you with anything unrelated to the processing of your order without your permission.
We rely on Royal Mail's postal service (or another suitable carrier for overseas deliveries) to perform the 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. If you have any questions at all contact us and we will do what we can to answers your queries.
This is easy, if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, and ask for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase we'll give you a refund or exchange. No questions asked.
Although our customers offer payment at the time of placing their order, we do not process Credit or Debit Cards until the goods are ready to be despatched, typically this is within 12 hours of recieving your order. You are free to cancel your order at any time, and you will be re-funded immediently. Credit and Debit cards are processed securely via Merchant Services provided by Barclays Bank PLC.
Any contract for your purchase from sophia & matt is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
